BOONE—Lt. Col. David Cox from Appalachian State University’s ROTC program will be the guest speaker at a Memorial Day ceremony on campus.
The event begins Monday, May 25, at 7:30 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial located adjacent to the Dougherty Administration Building.
A reception will follow in the lobby of the administration building. The public is invited to attend.
