App State has launched Ask a Mountaineer, a new program that helps Mountaineers connect for career advice and networking. The online platform allows students and alumni to submit questions that are then shared with alumni who have relevant experience.

In what she describes as a “full-circle” moment, Allred graduated from Guilford County Schools as a child.
