App State is one of three state universities selected to implement the Rural Opportunity Grant program — a pilot initiative of the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) Foundation designed to support public nonprofits in the state’s Northwest, Northeast and Sandhills regions. The project is supported through SECU Foundation grant funding.
