Five App State business students made university history with triple wins in the 2021 Chartered Financial Analyst Institute Research Challenge. In addition to state and regional titles, the students won the Americas Regional round — a first for App State — and advanced over nearly 1,000 teams to compete as a top five team in the challenge’s Global Final.
Sue Polanka named dean of App State’s University Libraries

Sue Polanka has been named dean of University Libraries at App State, effective Sep. 13. Polanka has more than three decades of experience as a librarian at public, state and academic libraries. She currently serves as university librarian for Wright State’s University Libraries.
