Eco-conscious students, faculty and staff have helped reduce the use of plastic straws on Appalachian’s campus through the Straws by Request initiative. Additionally, 134,400 compostable straws were used from August 2018 to March.
App Student-Athletes Shatter Community Service Hours Record
